Return Policy

At this time Creatively Four One Six does not accept returns or refunds. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

We're the new kids on the block and are working on making your online shopping experience a great one. We are currently in the workshop thinking of the best way to do this.

Custom cards 

Custom cards are currently unavailable. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom cards.  

Shipping Policy

Orders will be fulfilled within each 14 day cycle. Upon purchase, check your inbox for updates. This does not include delivery time.  

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before payment. Once an order has gone through, we cannot refund the order.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

This will vary depending on each order, and the chosen shipping service.

 

Pick Up Policy

Toronto Union Station pick-ups only available on Weekdays

Reschedules need to be done 24h in advance. 

If you choose a pick-up option for delivery, it is the buyers responsibility to show up at the agreed time. 

After purchase you will receive a follow up email providing you with pick-up availability. If the buyer fails to show up twice, buyer will not receive the order and is not eligible for a refund.
